My Perfect Pool was founded by me, Adrian Harrison, and has been making waves since 2013! We started off importing and retailing swimming pool covers and accessories, but soon realized we were diving into something bigger.
In 2014, we launched a blog to rescue pool owners from their underwater woes. We waved goodbye to selling products in 2016 and focused on providing content to help pool and hot tub/spa owners swim through the sea of confusion.
We’ve helped over 5 million people all over the world with their pool and spa problems and have been featured as experts on dozens of websites. Whether you’re in the United States, Canada, Australia, South Africa or Europe we can help you enjoy your pool and spa more.

Adrian Harrison
Founder, Director & Writer
Adrian Harrison, the founder of My Perfect Pool, has been swimming in the pool industry since 2013. Adrian is passionate about helping readers fix pool and spa problems.
He’s researched and written enough articles on to fill 3 books on the topic. So it’s fair to say he knows a thing or two when it comes to pools and spas. Adrian has been quoted and mentioned as an expert on the topic in publications such as Real Homes, Homes & Gardens, Den Garden and more.
Currently, he overseas (pun intended) all content as well as authors content himself.
When Adrian is not splashing around on the website, he’s playing tennis, spending time with his family at his home located in Sydney, Australia, or working on his other business as a commercial photographer.
Jason Phillips
Pool Technician & Writer
Jason Phillips has been in the swimming pool business for quite a few years. He started in construction and moved over to cleaning and maintenance. He loves the business and is intent on training others on how to maintain their pool with knowledge.
In between servicing pools, Jason has spent most of his adult life working on and under the water. He has worked on offshore tug boats and commercial fishing boats, and is also a working diver. Basically, he loves everything about the water, whether it be a saltwater pool or the salty ocean.
To feed his water addiction, Jason took up content writing in 2020 as a way to invite people along on his aquatic journey. As a writer, he has written for many online and print publications in the culinary arts, travel, and, of course, swimming pool niches.
Janelle Realuyo

Janelle looks after all things content and is a keen pet lover too.
With expertise in enhancing online visibility, optimizing search engine rankings (SEO), she transforms our articles from raw notes to be visually appealing, reader-friendly blog posts. She’s our behind the scenes visual wizard that ensures our website looks great for our readers.
And with 7 dogs, 7 cats, 4 finches, 2 hamsters, and lots of fish, she has her hands busy when she’s not making the site look wonderful.
